Details

Manufacturing

  1. Costs for Input Packages and Non-cannabis items
    1. We added unit cost and allocated cost to both the input package and non-cannabis grids. This allows you to see the cost of both cannabis and non-cannabis items before you start a manufacturing run. IF there are multiple lots for the non-cannabis item selected, we will pop open a modal for you to select the lot number to allocate inventory from. After the run is completed, you can now see the allocated costs that went into the run in the Inputs box.
Non-cannabis costs are managed at Inventory>All Inventory>Action>Edit Lot Numbers
Cannabis package costs are managed from Inventory>All Packages>Cost Column or Inbound when receiving.

Inbound

  1. Ref Field 1 added to Receiving Modal
    1. We added the Ref Field 1 input to the receiving modal. This will allow you to enter information regarding the package as you are receiving it in!
This will populate the Ref Field 1 field in the All Packages grid.

Retail/POS

  1. Pharmacist Selector for Custom Labels (Virginia)
    1. If your retail facility is in the state of Virginia, you will have a selector for the pharmacist that is on duty. This will print the initials of the pharmacist on the customer label.
Once selected the pharmacist will be remembered! Simply select another pharmacist to have their initials on the customer label.
  1. Require User to Select an Action on MMUR Validation (Florida)
    1. We updated the MMUR validation modal on the POS to require you to select an action to close the modal.

Inventory

  1. MMJ Used field added to Create Packages (Arizona)
    1. If your facility is in Arizona, you will now see a field for entering the MMJ Used on the create package confirmation screen. This will allow you to enter the MMJ Used while creating packages!
Enter the number and UOM of the MMJ that was used to make the package/s. Each package, if multiple, will all be attributed with this MMJ Used amount.
