Before Starting

Creating a Delivery

  1. Navigate to the Retail > Deliveries screen and click "Create New Route"
  2. Fill in the required fields
  3. Add purchases. Purchases must match the delivery date and be packed.
  4. Populate an estimated arrival time for each stop
    Create the manifest ONLY after all orders have been added. Adding orders to the delivery after you create a manifest will result in orders out-of-sync.
  5. Click "Create Manifest" to register the delivery route in BioTrack
  1. Click "Out for Delivery" to start the route
  2. Complete the orders in the POS

Error and Exception Handling

  • Click "Void BioTrack Manifest" to edit the date, time, vehicle, driver info, or planned route before starting the route.
  • Click "Undo" to recall a route in order to edit it. This is only available if no stops are completed.
  • If you can't complete an order, navigate to it and click "Mark as Undeliverable" to remove it from the route.
  • Canceling an order will also update BioTrack to "delete" the delivery in BioTrack

What 'Starts' a manifest in BioTrack:

A delivery order is:

  1. Assigned to a delivery route in Flourish,
  2. A manifest created from the delivery route.
  3. The delivery route (and all its assigned orders) is marked Out for Delivery.

Set an order as 'Packed'

The MMUR allotment is held once the delivery order is packed.

When the order goes to a 'Packed' status, Flourish registers it as a delivery in BioTrack and holds the milligrams. That hold doesn't come off unless a user cancels the order or moves to a 'Created' status to remove all the inventory.

Mark an order as 'Undeliverable.'

This action will remove the Flourish order from the delivery route it is assigned to and “reschedule” the delivery in BioTrack. The “reschedule” action will remove the delivery from the BioTrack manifest and enable the user to delete it. This action does NOT trigger BioTrack to release the milligrams being held.

Set a 'Packed' retail order to the 'Created' status.

Delete the delivery created in BioTrack as long as the delivery is not on a manifest in BioTrack.
