Adding a Physician

You'll want to make sure your medical customers are associated with a physician, but you'll need to add the physician to Flourish first.


In order to add physicians, make sure that the compliance setting Patient registry sync required is on. If this is not on, the All Physicians page will not appear.

This setting is located in Settings > Configuration > Compliance. Compliance settings are read-only, so if you need it updated, please reach out to our support team.
  1. In the Flourish web app, click on Retail > Customers > All Physicians.
  2. Click the Add a New Physician button on the right side of the page.
  3. Fill out all required fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
  1. When you're done, click Save.
