Set The Status of Leaflink Orders to Sync To Flourish Software.

When you set up the Leaflink integration or edit it, you can set the Status of Leaflink orders you want to sync into Flourish Software.


Different organizations have different workflows, and to support that, you can set the Status of the order in Leaflink that you want to sync to Flourish.

There are several Leaflink order statuses that you set to sync with Flourish Software:

  • Backorder
  • Submitted
  • Accepted


If you want only the orders your team accepted in Leaflink to sync to Flourish Software, set the "Sync orders to Flourish based on Leaflink statuses" to Accepted.

That means Leaflink orders on the Status Backorder or Submitted will not sync to Flourish. Here is how this setting looks in Flourish:


  1. Click to go to Settings.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. Click on the Pencil icon next to Leaflink.
  4. On the Settings page, locate the Rules section at the top right.
  5. Click the dropdown under "Sync orders to Flourish based on Leaflink statuses."
  6. Select the Status of the Leaflink orders you want to sync to Flourish Software.
  7. After you select, click .
To clear the list, click the on the right side of the box.
