METRC Harvest - Retry Harvest Sync

Updated by NIr Malchy

When your harvest is out of sync, you can attempt to sync it again by following the process described below.

The steps below are for Harvests but not for manicures.
If a Harvest is recorded in METRC before being recorded in Flourish, it's crucial to ensure consistency between both platforms. This includes matching Plant IDs, Total Plant Count, and the Total Wet Whole Weight of the plants in both Flourish and METRC records.

Harvest is Out of Sync

  1. When you see the harvest is out of sync, click View Harvest Wet Weight to enter the Harvest log.
    harvest sync
  2. On the Harvest log, click Sync Harvest .
  3. The system displays the different strains and the Sync Status for them.
    harvest sync
  4. Click on the Strain to Sync to highlight it.
    harvest sync
  5. Click .

After Moving a Synced Harvest

Sometimes, you move a harvest that is in sync with METRC.

If the following happens, you can resolve the issue below and retry the sync:

  1. The harvest is out of sync
  2. The last attempted action was to move the harvest to a different area.
  3. The error is:
    1. A METRC timeout or service issue.
    2. A METRC permissions issue (resolve by ensuring you have the permissions in METRC )
    3. The location was invalid for the harvest (Resolve by following the steps here)

Retry Sync Area

Harvest is Partially Synced

Some of our METRC clients that sync large harvests are occasionally experiencing METRC failing to record all plants in the harvest. We now have a way to handle this situation and get all your plants harvested.

If METRC did not record the entire harvest, you will see a new Sync Status called Partial Sync.

Please follow the steps below to get all the entire harvest in sync.

  1. Click Edit Harvest Wet Weight to enter the Harvest log.
    harvest sync
  2. On the Harvest log, click Sync Harvest .
  3. The system displays the different strains and the Sync Status for them. In this example, there is a single strain.
    harvest sync
  4. Click on the strain to highlight it.
    harvest sync
  5. Click .

If the harvest remains out of sync, you can retry the sync for the harvest, and let us know if you need any help.
