Florida BioTrack Propagation

Updated by Admin CG

This document is specific to the Florida BioTrack STS Integration for Flourish Software

In a non-BioTrack environment, Flourish manages plant groups and immature plants in the "Cloning" tab within the Cultivation Module. However, BioTrack tracks all immature plants (clones, seeds, and tissue culture material) as inventory within Flourish's Inventory module and assigned to a package ID.

When appropriate, plants are individually tagged and planted into the Cultivation module as veg, flowering, or mother plants. Cultivation management is covered in this help document.

Cultivation Inventory

BioTrack provides these Cultivation categories to manage this inventory. Items need to map accordingly.

Clone

Immature plants that aren't individually tagged. When we plant from a Clone item, we will decrease the quantity from the package's on-hand quantity.

Plant Tissue

Tissue culture material. You can make an unlimited number of plants from a "Plant Tissue" package.

Seed

Seeds in inventory. When we plant from a seed item, we will decrease the quantity from the package's on-hand quantity.

View this inventory in the Inventory "All Packages" grid.

Use pre-set filters to quickly navigate to this inventory. Use Lot Number or a package reference field to organize the inventory and indicate where it came from and/or where it is designated.

  • Change item to change the item name on the package.
