Outbound

1. Wire as a Payment Method
   1. We added wire as a payment method for outbound orders.
   Make sure you toggle on wire as a payment method. Admin>Facilities>Configure>Payment Methods

   

2. Column for Balance Due
   1. We added a column to the orders gird that displays the balance due for each order. This will allow you to quickly see who owes you how much without having to open each order.

   

Inbound

1. Allow Expected Date to be in the Future
   1. We updated the inbound PO date picker to allow for dates to be in the future. This will allow you to pre-build POs with the actual arrival date before it arrives!

   

Inventory

1. Number of Packages Inventory Count PDF Update
   1. We updated the finished number of packages count PDF to include not just discrepancies, but also all counted packages. This will allow you to see everything that was counted in the inventory count.
2. Show Expected Quantity on Inventory Count PDF
   1. When the 'hide expected quantity' toggle is off for inventory counts we will now show the expected quantity on the PDF before the count is submitted.

   

   

Grow

1. Cultivation Incremental Reverse Sync for METRC
   1. We are excited to announce that we have made substantial enhancements to reverse sync cultivation updates from METRC to Flourish! Read here to learn which cultivation updates completed in METRC sync back to Flourish.
2. Massachusetts METRC Destroy Plant Waste Weight, Waste Method, and Waste Reason
   1. The state of Massachusetts requires each plant destroyed to have a waste weight, waste method, and waste reason attached to it in METRC. To help you be more compliant, we have added these inputs to the destroy plant modal!
   The reason selector is populated by inventory adjustments codes with type plant adjustment. Waste reasons are populated from METRC.

   

3. Non-METRC Destroy Plant Waste Reason
   1. We added a reason selector for destroying plants. This allows you to identify why a plant or plants are being destroyed. When destroying multiple you can apply the same reason to all plants to save time!
   The reason selector is populated by inventory adjustments codes with type plant adjustment. You can configure these codes by navigating to Admin>Inventory>Inventory Adjustment Codes.

Retail

1. Delivery Manifest Update
   1. We added the items purchased, populate ETA, and Depart time in the PDF of the retail delivery manifest.

   

Admin

1. MMJ Used as a Field on the Item Master
   1. We added MMJ used as a field on the item master. This MMJ will take precedent for the item when it comes to the MMJ used on packages. We recommend using this field on the item master when the product has a consistent MMJ used number. You can always edit the MMJ used when creating packages or edit the MMJ used from the inventory module.

Mobile

1. Package Quantities Inventory Counts
   1. Now you can perform the package quantities inventory count via the mobile app!

   

2. Scan to allocate inventory is 50% faster
   1. We have made mobile allocating to outbound sales orders 50% faster to improve your fulfillment experience. Huge shout out to our backend developers!
3. Ability to add and edit discounts, charges, and payments
   1. You can now add/edit discounts, charges, and payments right from the mobile app!

   

4. Area and Location selectors when splitting a package
   1.  Whether it is for compliance our to improve your workflows, you can now quickly locate new packages when splitting during fulfillment.

   

Analytics

1. Daily Inventory Snapshot with Actual Costs (v2)
   1. This report provides a snapshot of all inventory at the end of the day selected on the date filter. Snapshot occurs at 3:00 AM EST / 12:00 AM PST. Costs will reflect the cost at the time of the snapshot. This version should only be used for data on April 1, 2021, or after. Please see the Daily Inventory Snapshot (v1) for snapshots prior to April 1st, 2021.

   

2. Inventory Summary Dashboard
   1. Get a full view of facility inventory on hand by class, category, brand, and strain.  You can drill by clicking on the pie charts or the total on-hand quantity column.
