Bulk Actions - Lock and Unlock Packages

The ability to "lock" inventory is essential for helping enforce internal and regulatory controls and processes. 

Enable / Disable Bulk Actions

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Configuration.
  3. Select the facility you need to configure.
  4. Locate Inventory.
  5. Find "Disable Bulk package actions". Keep it OFF to enable this feature.
  6. Toggle ON "Disable Bulk package actions" to disable this feature.
  7. Scroll up and click .

Bulk Action - Lock and Unlock Packages

You can lock or unlock multiple packages by following the steps here, or check out the short video below:

Unlocking Packages
  1. In Flourish, navigate to Inventory > All Packages.
  2. Click the Bulk Actions button.
  3. Select Lock/Unlock Packages.
  4. Click the Unlock Packages option on the right-hand side of the page.
The All Packages grid will refresh to show only locked packages.
  1. Click the checkbox next to each package you'd like to unlock.
    1. You can also scan package IDs by clicking the Scan Packages button on the right-hand side.
  2. When you're done, click the Unlock Packages button.
Locking Packages
  1. In Flourish, navigate to Inventory > All Packages.
  2. Click the Bulk Actions button.
  3. Select Lock/Unlock Packages.
  4. Click the checkbox next to each package you'd like to lock.
    1. You can also scan package IDs by clicking the Scan Packages button on the right-hand side.
  5. Select the lock code reason from the Lock Code Reason dropdown on the right-hand side of the page.
  6. When you're done, click the Lock Packages button.
