- Inventory Audit: Updated column header titles
We updated the following column header to reflect inventory audit columns accurately. To find these columns, go to Inventory > Audit > Inventory Auditing.
- Column F: Destination Lot Number
- Column G: Consumed Item
- Column J: Consumed Pkg ID
- Column K: Consumed Lot Number
Outbound
- Added ability to edit order attributes on shipped orders
You can now edit the following order header attributes on shipped orders:
- Invoice Date
- Requested Delivery Date
- Payment Terms
- Sales Rep
- Ref Fields

Retail
- Added ability to select a specific date and time range, so a discount is active within that particular date and time range.
You can go to Settings > Retail > Discounts to configure discounts. When configuring a Specific Time attribute on a discount, you can select the Date Range and the Time Range within those dates. For example, in the discount below, you can see that it's active between 11/15/2021 9:00 AM to 11/20/2021 9:00 PM.
- Added ability to create and edit pickup orders within POS
This one is a game-changer! You can now create and edit pickup orders in the POS app. To enable this option, you need to first turn on the toggle in the Settings > Configuration screen for the facility.
When you intake a customer, the Create Pickup button shows up if the config above is enabled and the customer has no other open orders currently. This button creates a new pickup order, adds the customer to the Pickup queue, and takes the user to the pickup order.
Once a pickup order is created, you can open the order and edit the Pickup Date and Time on it.
- (Retail Only) METRC MA - Updated purchase limit calculation for non-flower items for compliance purposes
We can auto calculate the purchase limits across all product categories. This calculation ensures users are not exceeding the legal purchase limits in MA.
The purchase limits are calculated using the Total THC% from the lab results. You can reverse sync the lab results from METRC or upload a PDF manually. If lab results are missing, we use the THC Content (mg/unit) on the Package Attributes.

QuickBooks Online
- Added new fields to Vendor sync
We added two new fields to our QBO Sync script. Both fields can be found and updated in Settings > Distribution > Vendors.
New Fields
- Account Number - syncs to QBO as Account Number
- DBA(Doing Business As) - syncs to QBO as Company Display Name and Print on Check Name
- Void an invoice in QuickBooks Online if all order lines are rejected in Flourish and synced to QBO
If you reject ALL order lines in Flourish, it will void the invoice in QBO when you press the Sync to Quickbooks button AFTER rejecting all order lines.
- Company email now pushing when pushing invoices to QBO
This is a bug fix. You will now be able to see the company email against each invoice when pushing invoices to QBO.
