2. Distribution Setup
These settings are used for inbound and outbound modules and define origin and endpoints for your product movement.
Drivers are used on the outbound manifest. Each Driver must be listed here to be able to receive packages or manifests from Flourish during outbound transactions. Useful fields such as permit & license numbers, locations, and expirations should be stored here as well.
Vehicles are used on the outbound shipment or transfer. Many states require vehicle information to be displayed as part of the outbound shipping documentation. Enter all required and appropriate data within the fields presented to properly track products to and from each destination.
Destinations are used to fulfill orders. Enter all required and appropriate data within the fields presented to properly track products to and from each destination. Some examples are: dispensaries, processors, and even other facilities you own that are in your Flourish Web App instance.
Use this module to configure labs used for shipping test results to and recording lab results from. Typical demographic and licensing information (i.e. – license numbers, address, contact person, etc.) will be required for each laboratory.
Vendors are used for inbound purchase orders. Accordingly, list all useful data for your particular Facility and/or compliance requirements.
Sales Reps are an optional field on the outbound order. First and Last name are required. Middle name and cell phone are optional.
