Mobile App Inventory: Lock Package

Use the mobile app to apply a lock code to one or more packages. Locking a package prevents a user from using the package to create new packages and from adding a package to an order. The lock codes are configured in the Lock Code Settings Screen.

Permissions Required: Mobile Application > Inventory > Lock package

To lock a single package:

1. Navigate to the Inventory module.
2. Select a package from the list of packages.
3. Select "Lock Package" and apply the Lock Code from the Lock Reason drop down.

To lock multiple packages at time:

1. Navigate to the Inventory Module
2. Start scanning packages
3. Select "Lock Package" and apply the Lock Code from the Lock Reason drop down.
