Florida BioTrack - Undo Out of Sync Package

Use the Undo feature to cancel an out of sync package and restore the quantity to the source.

If you have recently created a package that is out of sync, you can use the Undo Package feature to cancel it and restore the quantity to the source.

When to Undo a Package

The package you created is:

  • In a 'Created' Status.
  • Out of Sync.
  • The source package is not allocated to an order.

Steps to Undo a Package

  1. Go to Inventory / All Packages.
  2. Locate the package.
  3. Click on the red "Out Of Sync" red icon.

  4. In the "Sync Status Detail" popup, you can click "Retry Sync" first, but if you want to cancel the package's creation, click the "Undo Package" button.

  5. To Proceed, click "Confirm Undo."

  6. The status of the packages is 'Cancelled' after a successful "Undo Package" action.
