Prevent Users from Exporting All Grid Data
General
- By default, users can export all data from Flourish Software tables, such as All Packages, All Orders, All Purchase Orders, etc.
- You can manage the ability of a user to export data from any user table. as a User Role permission.
- Users are prevented from exporting data if the feature below is turned OFF.
Export data from all application grids is turned ON by default for every existing role, so no users should experience any difference in behavior.
Manage the user access
Follow the steps below to set the user roles to enable or disable the ability to sync Outbound orders to Quickbooks.
- Click
Settings. - Select User Roles.
- Make sure to select the facility you need.
- Click the
icon to CONFIGURE. - Locate the Application Settings card.
- Toggle OFF to disable the User Role from exporting data from Flourish
- Click Save.
Log in and log out to see the setting updates take effect.
View for users that can Export to Excel
Users who have Export data from all application grids turned on will see the Export to Excel button on the top right of the table in view. 
View for users that can not Export to Excel
Users who have the Export data from all application grids turned off will not see the Export to Excel button ton the top right of the table in view.
