Reset User PIN (Point of Sale or Mobile)

Instructions to reset the PIN for a point of sale or mobile.

Contact your administrator if you don't have access to this screen. The user PIN is used to authenticate in Flourish's Point of Sale (POS) and Mobile application.

  1. Navigate to the application Settings
  2. Navigate to the Users tab
  3. Find the user name and click on it to open the profile
  4. Click "Edit" to enter edit mode for the user
  5. Click "Generate New PIN"

The application will show the PIN and generate an email. Please note this, as the PIN is not shown again.
