Analytics Access Level Overview
Purpose
Analytics access controls who can view, export, share, and edit content in the Analytics module. Setting access is a two-step process: grant the User Role access to Analytics, then set each user's individual access level. See how the Access Level Works.
Prerequisites
You need access to User Roles and Users in Settings.
Grant Analytics Access to a User Role
- Click the gear icon (Manage Settings).
- Select User Roles.
- Select the facility and the User Role to configure.
- Locate the Analytics section.
- Next to Reporting, check the box for View.
- Check the box for Update.
- Click Save.

Log out and log back in to see the change.
Set a User's Analytics Access Level
- Click the gear icon (Manage Settings).
- Click Users to open the Company Users page.
- Next to Company Users, select All Facilities or a specific facility to narrow the user list.
- Locate the user.
- Click the user's email.
- Click Edit.
- Locate the Analytics card.
- Toggle Analytics to On.
- Set the user's access level: View Only, Export and Share, or Create and Edit.
- Click Save.

Access Levels
View Only | Access the content within Analytics. This is the default setting. |
Export and Share | Access these functions to export data and schedule reports to send to others |
Create and Edit | Enables the ability to “Save As” and edit content within the Analytics Module. Users with this permission also can Export and Share. |
