Auto-assign tags to items created by METRC reverse sync

Multi-state or multi-facility operators use Item Tagging Functionality and Facility Tag Settings to keep items separated between facilities.

If you work like that, you can set that items you created in a METRC facility will only be visible on the corresponding facility in Flourish.

If you create a new item in METRC and sync packages of that item to Flourish, we will create the new item in Flourish. You can use the Auto-assign tags to items created by METRC reverse sync configuration to use item tagging to ensure that the new item in Flourish is visible only on the facility you need it to be.

Setting instructions

1. Click Settings.
2. Select Configuration.
3. Select the facility to configure.
4. Find the Inventory settings card.
5. Click on the dropdown under Auto-assign tags to items created by METRC reverse sync.
6. Select one or more Tags from the drop-down.
7. Click on the top-right corner of the screen.
   Log in and log out to see the setting updates take effect.

Example

You have two facilities:

• California Facility.
• Oregon Facility.

1. Set up the Oregon facility to only include tagged items with the "Oregon only" tag.

   

2. Set up the California facility to only include tagged items with the "California only" tag.

   

3. Set your Oregon Facility to Auto-assign the "Oregon only" tag to items you created in your METRC Oregon Facility (see the instructions above).

   

4. In the same way, set your California Facility to Auto-assign the "California only" tag to items you created in your METRC California Facility.
