METRC - Retag Packages - Change the item of a package.

In Flourish, you often may want to Retag Packages to:

  • Change the Unit of Measure on a package.
  • Convert Bulk to Eighths.
  • Change the item Category.
  • Convert from an External item to an Internal Item (if it came in on a METRC Transfer)
  • Change an item on a package.
The "Retag" action consumes the source package.

Retag Steps

  1. Click Action.
  2. Select Retag Package to access the "Retag Package" screen:

  1. The "Source Package" part displays the package that will be fully consumed.
  2. In the "New Package" Part Select:
    1. Item.
    2. Strain.
    3. Number of packages.
    4. Qty per package (ea).
  3. Creating Multiple Packages (Optional):
    You can create multiple new packages with different quantities in a single session.
    1. Click the  sign to add another line, where you can specify the "Number of packages" and the "Qty per package (ea)"
    2. Click the  sign to remove the line. Learn more here.
  4. In the "Review and Assign Tags" page, select the number of tags according to how many new packages you want to create.
  5. Click "Review & Confirm" to access the "Confirm new Package" screen.
  6. Select or type in the details, and click "Create New Package".
