Customer Deliveries (Non-METRC)

Use the Retail Deliveries module to create delivery routes for customer orders. These instructions are for customers who are not integrated with METRC.

  1. Click Retail from the left-side navigation.
  2. Click Deliveries from the top ribbon.
  3. Click Create New Route.
  4. Enter the appropriate fields.
    1. Delivery Date.
    2. Approximate Time of Departure.
  5. Click Create
  6. Select the appropriate vehicle from the drop-down menu
  7. Click + Add Driver
  8. Select the driver from the drop-down menu.
  9. Click + Add Purchase.
  10. Select the Purchase ID(s) to include in the delivery route.
  11. Click Save.
  12. You will be automatically redirected to the Deliveries frame.
  13. Click Save.
  14. Click All Delivery Routes under Purchases.
  15. Find the line item of the delivery route you wish to print a manifest for
  16. Click Action and select View Delivery from the drop-down menu
  17. Click Print
