The inventory counting process is described in Inventory counts. Flourish can display the quantity from BioTrack STS, which helps reconcile Flourish against the state system and physical on-hand inventory.
Use the "Print Template" to print the PDF template of the inventory you want to count.
The PDF template contains the “Compliance Qty:”, which represents the quantity in BioTrack and enables users to compare the BioTrack data to the Flourish Software data and take the necessary action to align the two.
