Creating a Package from Harvest

Here's an interactive tutorial for the visual learners


1 The first step is to navigate to Flourish Software's Cultivation module. Select Grow from the left side navigation.

2 Click Processing from the top ribbon.

3 Click Harvests in processing

4 Filter by area to see only the harvests in your desired location. For this demonstration, we will be working in a harvest located in Q_Processing

5 Select your desired harvest. For this demonstration, we are using the harvest 2019_0424. Click 2019_0424

6 Click the green action pancake for the harvest you would like to create a package from.

7 Click Create package from harvest

8 Select the item you wish to create a package of. For this demonstration, we are making a package of Bulk Flower from our harvest.

9 Enter in the quantity to use for the package. Note, you can make one large package first and make smaller packages if your needs change later on.

10 Review your package creation parameters. For this demonstration, we will be using all 900g of the Blue Dream harvest to make one package of Bulk Flower weighing 900g.

11 Click Review & Confirm

12 Enter in the date and time of the package creation.

13 Select the area of the new package. This is optional.

14 Select the new item location. This is optional. Click highlight

15 Enter in the Lot Number. This is specific to your facility and this package. For METRC users, enter in your METRC Package ID.

16 Enter in any reference notes you would like to record for this package. This is optional.

17 Click Create New Package

18 Congratulations! You have successfully created a package. To view your newly created package, navigate to Inventory using the left side menu.
