Purpose
Update the prices of many items on one screen instead of opening each item. Use this to update pricing for all items, or for items that share a similar Item Name, SKU, or Part Number.
The grid updates item-level prices only. If an active price set is assigned to an item, the price set's price is used instead. See Create and Manage Item Price Sets for Retail and Wholesale.
Steps
- Click Settings.
- Select Inventory.
- From the Items dropdown, select Item Pricing.
- Use the search bar to search or filter by Name, SKU, or Part Number.
- Click into a price cell and enter the new price.
Changes save automatically as you edit. There is no Edit or Save button.
Good to know
- The Retail and Wholesale columns are Extended Item Pricing (EIP) fields. You can fill them in without opting in, but Flourish only uses the Default Price until EIP is turned on. See Set Up Separate Retail and Wholesale Pricing.
- You can change prices on Metrc-synced items. Metrc does not store item prices.
- To update prices for your whole catalog in a spreadsheet, use Update Items in bulk.
