Details

Outbound

Set the Time of Departure after clicking the Ship Shipment button for flexibility and accuracy. This Time of Departure updates the Shipped Date on Orders. The Shipped Date in the Order screen is the "shipped_timestamp" on the External API Outbound Order object. 

You can edit the Shipped Date field after the order is "Shipped." Learn more about shipping shipments here.

We added a Cancel Shipment button to the shipment details screen to improve workflow. We also improved the time picker on the stop and fixed some issues when sorting stops.

Inventory

To improve sorting, we added the item Class as a column to the All Packages table. Use this with the custom grid view to better filter what is relevant for your role and operation.

We added the Final column to the Lab Test Results table, and now you can quickly know which lab results are final. You may need to customize the view and add this to see it.

We fixed a bug causing the error "A valid package with the scanned id could not be found" when scanning packages using the Bulk Actions tool. Learn more about the Bulk Actions tool.

Inbound

To improve user experience, the Sync to Quickbooks button is now on the All Purchase Orders table.

Retail

We added document types for a Retail Customer Profile to capture more compliance data:

  • Medical Card
  • Veteran Documentation
  • SNAP Documentation

Reports

For Credit, Debit, and Hypur Manual there is a Transaction ID which can be used for reconciliation. We added this as the Reference ID column to the Transactions by Facility and Till Detail reports. Users can find these reports in the Reports module under the Point of Sale tab.

QuickBooks Online & Finance

When you sync to QBO, you don't need to create charts of accounts in Flourish. Now Flourish pulls the chart of accounts directly from QuickBooks. The COAs you sync from QBO are also available for the chart of account mapping here.

If you don't integrate with QuickBooks Online, we now support mapping the items for financial reporting using our Bulk Update Item feature. The fields and selectors are present within the Edit Item screen.

External API

The Get Lab Test Result PDF is now an available endpoint. Learn more about Flourish's External API here.

Analytics
