Removing an Order from the POS
If a customer does not show up to pay for their order, you’ll want to remove the order from the queue. In-Store, Pickup, and Delivery orders can all be removed from the POS or canceled and removed from the POS.
- In the POS, locate your retail order.
- Click the gray X icon. The Remove Customer From Queue modal will appear.
- Click the Remove from Queue button if the order needs to remain active.
- Click the Cancel Sale and Remove from Queue button if you also need to cancel the sale.
