Major Update: Lab Results

  1. Added 'COA' icon to all packages grid for better visibility

METRC users can now differentiate between lab results synced from METRC and those with a COA PDF attached using the 'Has COA' column on the all packages grid. This column is filterable so users can filter the packages that have the PDF's uploaded. To customize the sequence of the columns, click on the Grid icon next to 'All Packages' on the top left of the table.

  1. You can opt-in to automatic lab results sync from METRC by following the steps here:
    A. Go to Admin > Configuration > Inventory
    B. Toggle ON Enable syncing of lab test results from METRC
    C. Click Update.

Inbound/Outbound

  1. Inter-company transfers - Outbound order notes on the sending facility show up in Inbound PO's on the receiving end.

For users with multiple facilities. When shipping orders from one facility to another, your outbound order external notes from the sending facility will populate on the inbound purchase order notes on the receiving facilities. This will help teams in different facilities communicate better by calling out any notes on the order itself.

Outbound

  1. Packing List PDF Updates - Increased item name column width for better visibility

You will now see a wider item name column on packing lists. This reduces the length of the packing lists by making the lines smaller and provides better visibility to users.

Inventory

  1. Added ability to select default area/location for all created packages

This one is a true crowd pleaser! Now, you can configure the default area and location for all newly created packages in the Configuration screen (Settings / Configuration / Invntory). Once the default area/location is confirmed, all newly created packages will default to that area on the create package dropdown. You will have the ability to update the area on the package if you want it placed elsewhere.

  1. Ability to update Unit Costs on Shipped packages

Another crowd pleaser! Now you have the ability to update unit costs on all shipped packages. This allows clients who sell packages and then assign/update the costs to have more flexibility. Just go to The All Packages grid, find the unit cost column and update the cost there!

  1. Added the Vendor data for an item to the All Inventory: Item page

Manufacturing

  1. Updated auto inheritance rules for output packages created using manufacturing runs

There are a couple of updates here:

  • If the lot number of the output and input packages match and the Production Batch checkmark is NOT checked while creating the output package, the output packages will inherit the lab result from the input package. (Example is Bulk to eighth conversions where you want the result inherited since the batch is the same.)
  • If the lot numbers of output and input are different and the Production Batch checkmark is checked on creating any output packages using manufacturing runs, the output packages will NOT inherit lab results from the input packages. (An example is any extraction run where you are creating new batches with different lab results)
  • If the Lot Number on the output package matches with the lot number on an existing package elsewhere that has a lab result attached, the output package will inherit that lab result. (An example is creating an additional output for an already created batch)
