Retail POS
Allow inventory to be allocated to a purchase order manually.
Control the ability of your team to allocate packages to a retail purchase order manually.
- When this toggle is 'On,' the users can scan or manually select packages to assign inventory to the retail purchase order line.
- When this toggle is 'Off,' the users can scan packages to allocate to the retail purchase order line.

Default Photo Description
METRC has implemented an unexpected change requiring photo descriptions when creating new items. In response, we have updated Flourish to automatically include a default photo description for new items. The default format will consist of “[item name] product,” “[item name] label,” and “[item name] packaging.”
We have plans for editable fields for photo descriptions in Flourish to provide more flexibility in the future.

All Orders
This report is the Company Admin folder and reports in all orders (retail and non-retail) across the company.
- Find it on Analytics / Company Admin / All Company Orders.
Recall Reports
A set of three reports to help with GMP Recall/Traceback audit requirements. Find them in Analytics / Company Admin / Recall Reports.
- Company Lot Recall / Trace Report: Used for inventory tracing across the company.
- Facility Harvest Recall / Trace Report: Used to see what inventory harvests went into. Run this within the specific cultivation facility that you are auditing.
- Facility Plant Recall / Trace Report: Used to see what harvests plants went into. Run this within the specific cultivation facility that you are auditing.
GreenCheck Verified Report
For our clients who need to report to GreenCheck, we created the GreenCheck Verified Report.

Retail Payment Transactions.
We created this report for retailers needing detailed retail finance reporting. It displays total retail sales based on breakdowns, such as by day, GL account, item, returns and voids, and payment methods.

Facility Manufacturing Run - In Progress Details
Sometimes, you want to know which manufacturing run your package is allocated to. For this purpose, we enhanced the Manufacturing Runs report.
We added the page "Facility Manufacturing Run - In Progress Details," which displays, by default, the manufacturing runs "In Progress." It helps you find input packages allocated to the manufacturing runs.
