Add Ingredients to Items and print SKUs in outbound PDF

Some states require Ingredients to show on outbound invoices for compliance.

You create, set, and sort the display of the Ingredients for your items.

Please follow the instructions (you are welcome to check out the video)

Add or set the Ingredients to an item

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Inventory
3. Click on the item name
4. Select the Ecommerce tab
5. Click Edit
6. Check the box next to the ingredients you'd like to include for the item
7. To add ingredients, type the name of the ingredient and click
8. Ensure the box next to the new ingredient is checked to include it.
9. Click Save

Sort the Ingredients

Sort the ingredients for an item to control the order of the display on an outbound invoice. The ingredient on the top is the first one printed on the invoice, and the one on the bottom will be the last.

You can sort in two ways:

• Alphabetical
• Custom - drag and drop the ingredients

Print Ingredients on Sales PDF Invoices

Follow the steps below set Flourish to do that:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Configuration
3. Select the Facility
4. Locate Outbound
5. Toggle 'On' Include item ingredients on invoice
6. Click 'Update'

Print item SKU on outbound Sales PDF invoices

Some buyers reconcile invoices against their own purchase systems by SKU. Print each item's SKU on the outbound invoice the same way you print ingredients.

1. Click Settings.
2. Select Configuration.
3. Select the facility.
4. Locate Outbound.
5. Toggle Include item SKU on invoice on.
6. Click Update.

Notes

• When Include item SKU on invoice is on, each line on the outbound invoice PDF shows "SKU: {sku}" beneath the item name. If an item has no SKU, no SKU line displays for that item.
• Include item SKU on invoice is independent of Include item ingredients on invoice. You can enable either setting alone or both together — both display on the invoice together.
• This setting applies to the selected facility only and does not affect other facilities.

Screenshot below shows both toggles in Manage Settings > Configurations. Don't forget to select your Facility when editing configurations.
