  1. Added Brand and Description as columns in the All Packages grid

    We have added Brand and Description as columns to the All Packages grid. This will allow you to ensure the package belongs to the proper brand when packaging or combining packages.
    Remember to toggle on these optional columns!

  2. Changed 'Shipping' to 'Charges' on Orders and Invoices

    We made a vocabulary change on orders to show 'Charges' instead of 'Shipping' This change reflects the use case of this feature in a more holistic way. The feature does work the Exact same as it has been.

  1. Added Charge name/s to Invoices

    To better help your customers understand what the charges include on an order are we are now breaking then out on the Invoice. If there are multiple charges on an order they will all appear on the invoice.

  2. Added TAC, CBN, CBG, and Moisture to the Lab Results UI

    As science and consumers discover more cannabinoids we have added a few more to the lab Results UI. TAC (total active cannabinoids), CBN, CBG, and Moisture are now fields on lab results.

  1. Added Address and City columns to the All Orders Grid

    To allow you to group together orders by city we have added a city column to the all orders grid. Now you can filter all your orders by city! We also added an address column that shows the address of the destination.
    Remember to toggle on these optional columns!

  2. Added the ability for the POS to Round Change Up to the next dollar

    Currently, the US is facing a national shortage of coins. Pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters. Since cash is still king in the cannabis payment world we are introducing a feature to cut back on the amount of change that is exchanging hands.
This is a facility configuration that needs to be toggled on. Once on, the rounded up amount will be displayed.
The Include $.50 for charity must be toggled on for the rounding to occur.
Rounding can be added from the Shopping Cart OR the Payment Screen.

  1. Added the 'Print Customer Label' button to the POS

To better accommodate 'front of house' retail fulfillment we have added the 'Print Customer Labels' button to the POS!

This will print the same customer label at the web.

  1. Added a 'Sync to QB' button for individual orders on the All Orders grid

In out on-going effort to reduce the amount of clicks it takes for you to do your job we have add a 'Sync to QB' button to the All Orders grid. This has the same functionality as the button in the order, now just with less clicks!

We added a column in the All Inventory grid that displays the total number of packages for the item in the facility.
