My item is out of sync - How to get it back in sync with METRC

If your item is out of sync, please follow the steps below to get it back in sync with METRC.

6 STEPS

1. Go to Settings.
Go to Inventory.
Locate the item.
Click on the name of the item.

2. Click State Eligibility.

3. Click on the pencil icon.

4. Click On the ? icon to see why the item is out of sync.

Step 4 image

5. The system displays what is the reason the item is out of sync for the facility in question.
Take steps to fix the issue, and go back to click Sync Now!

6. Click Sync Now!
Click Dismiss.
