My item is out of sync - How to get it back in sync with METRC

If your item is out of sync, please follow the steps below to get it back in sync with METRC.


1. The first step is to open Flourish and click the wheel.

2. Click Inventory.

3. Find the Item that is out of sync and Click on the name of the Item

4. Click State Eligibility.

5. Click On the pencil

6. The system displays the status of the Sync for the facility. If you have multiple facilities, all of them show on that screen. For each facility that is out of Sync, click Sync Now!

7. Click Dismiss

8. Click Refresh

9. Click Back to List

10. That's it. If the item is still out of sync, please reach out to and let us know the item's name. We are happy to help!
