Flourish Analytics - Customize and Bookmark the Data

View Only What You Need

You can personalize the view and save a bookmark to access your customized page. The bookmark duplicates the page tailored to your preferences while the original page remains available to other users.

Page Controllers and Filters

With Page Controllers and Filters, two distinct tools, you can filter, sort, and customize the data view according to your needs, putting you in control of your analysis.

Apply filters and page controllers to display the desired data, knowing that you can always click 'Reset' at the bottom right to revert changes and keep your data safe.

Page Controls

Page controls are dropdown filters that allow you to select the data you want to see.

Filters

You will see the Filter Menu when you hover the top right of the data element. Click on the menu action to filter, sort, refresh the data, and expand the element.

Bookmarks

Bookmarks allow you to save the view you customize, saving you time.

Use Bookmarks to save the Workbook after applying the filters.

Manage Bookmarks

Save a New Bookmark

1. Click the Bookmark icon .
   

   

2. Select Save as new Bookmark to open the Save Bookmark modal.
3. Name your Bookmark.
4. If you want the bookmark to load when you access this Workbook, check the box next to Set as default bookmark.
5. Click Save.
   

   

6. You can see the following:
   1. The Bookmark icon turns green to denote you have bookmarks on this page.
   2. You can see the new Personal Bookmarks section.
      

      

Modify a Bookmark

1. Click the Bookmark green icon.
2. Select Manage Bookmarks.
3. Locate your bookmark.
4. Use the three dots to:
   1. Remove as Default View.
   2. Edit Name.
   3. Delete.
