External API Key Management

Transition to service-based API keys

Flourish Software now recommends using service-based API keys for all integrations. The legacy user-level method will be sunset in July 2026 and should only be used for Zapier or Green Check connections.

We’ve made creating lab samples in bulk faster and more reliable.

Now, package attributes always carry over during bulk creation—independent of your “Inherit Package Attributes” settings. This ensures that every sample accurately reflects the correct source package details without requiring extra steps or surprises. You can also assign each new sample to a specific area and location right when you create it, saving time and keeping your records organized.

The All Packages grid now displays the BioTrack Lab/QA test result (PASSED, FAILED, PENDING, or Blank) so you can confirm the source package is PASSED before splitting to stay compliant and streamline operations.
