Record Cultivation Waste (Pre-Harvest)

Use this workflow to record, review, and dispose of cultivation waste before harvest. This workflow keeps your growth data accurate, supports compliance reporting, and helps maintain a clean, organized operation.

Record Waste

1. Go to “Grow”
2. Select the phase
3. Select the group
4. Click Actions > “Record Waste”

   

5. On the “Record Waste” screen:
   1. Enter the Waste Weight
   2. Select the UOM
   3. Set the date
   4. Add a Comment if needed (255-character limit).

      

6. Click “Record waste for group”
7. View the success message.

   

View Waste Records

1. Go to “Inventory”
2. Select Plants > “Waste Log”
3. View the Plant Waste

   

Dispose of Waste

1. Go to “Inventory”
2. Select Plants > “Waste Log”
3. Use the Status filter to locate 'Created' waste.
4. Open the waste record and click Actions > “Dispose”

   

5. In the “Dispose of Waste” screen
   1. Enter the Actual Quantity Disposed
   2. Set the Disposal Date
   3. Add a Disposal Note if needed.
6. Click “Dispose of Waste”

   

7. View the success message and the updated “Disposed” status.
