Mobile App - Retail Delivery Management

Use Flourish's mobile app to manage retail deliveries and delivery routes.

Before you start:

• Your user role needs the Retail Ops permission (set in the web app under Settings > User Roles).
• Drivers and vehicles must be set up in the web app to assign them to routes.

Open Retail Operations:

1. From the app home screen, tap Retail.
2. Go to the Retail Ops tab. You'll see four actions: Create Delivery Route, View Delivery Routes, Confirm Deliveries (coming soon), and Fulfill Orders.

Create a Delivery Route

Use the mobile app to quickly build a delivery route.

Create a delivery route:

1. Tap Create Delivery Route.
2. Set the Delivery Date and Departure Time (past dates and times aren't allowed).
3. Optionally assign Driver 1, Driver 2, and a Vehicle from the searchable lists — the two drivers must be different people.BioTrack facilities: Driver 1, Driver 2, and Vehicle are required.
4. Tap Create Route. You'll see "Route created successfully!"

Add orders to a route by scanning:

1. Tap View Delivery Routes and select your route. Each route shows its drivers, vehicle, order count, departure time, delivery date, and status.
2. On the route's detail screen, tap Scan to Add order and scan the order's barcode — think 15 delivery bags on the counter: scan half onto one route, half onto another.
3. Confirm the stop's Arrival Time and Departure Time (departure auto-fills 8 minutes after arrival) and tap Add order.

Manage the stops:

• Reorder: press and hold a stop's drag handle to move it. Stops for the same customer stay grouped, and the stop numbers renumber automatically.
• Adjust times: tap the clock icon on a stop to edit its arrival/departure — changing the arrival time re-sorts the stop order automatically. Arrival must be ahead of departure.
• Remove an order: tap the trash icon on a packed order and confirm Remove Order.
• Tap Save Route Changes when you're done.

Coming Soon: Scan orders to assign them to the delivery route, manage the stop order, remove an order, and schedule the delivery.

View Delivery Routes

View a list of all open delivery routes on the mobile app.

Confirm Deliveries: select a route and scan orders to verify the right orders are on the delivery vehicle.

Related: orders are packed for delivery through Fulfill Orders. During packing, the app also validates retail orders against state purchase limits and warns you before and after packing if an order exceeds them.
