Flourish Buyer Portal Overview (B2B Wholesale)
Learn what the Flourish Buyer Portal does for wholesale sellers and their buyers: live ordering, order tracking, invoices, and online bill pay.
The Flourish Buyer Portal is Flourish's built-in wholesale (B2B) ordering and billing portal. Sellers publish menus directly from their Flourish inventory, and their buyers order, track deliveries, and pay invoices in one place.
The Buyer Portal is separate from the Flourish WooCommerce Wholesale Portal and from integrations such as LeafLink, Jane, and Alpine IQ.
What sellers can do
- Publish a wholesale menu built from live Flourish inventory, with brand logos and legal documents.
- Choose how each item's availability is shown: live on-hand quantity, a declared quantity, or always available.
- Invite buyer companies, assign their ship-to destinations, and set payment terms and credit limits.
- Review and approve orders before you fulfill them. Approved orders arrive in Flourish as Outbound orders.
- Let buyers see open invoices and pay online with a connected payment partner.
What buyers can do
- Shop live wholesale inventory and order by the case or by the each across several store locations at once.
- Track every order through approval, fulfillment, shipment, and payment.
- View open invoices, payment history, and credits, and pay invoices online.
- Invite teammates and control who can order, who can pay, and which locations each person can see.
