Track Retail Order Status Through Fulfillment

Your retail order will enter several different statuses to let you know where in the process that order is. You can use these statuses to filter orders from the Retail > Purchases by Store, Fulfillment by Store, and All Purchases submodules.

Table of Contents

Purpose

Every retail order has an order status and a payment status. The order status shows where the order is in fulfillment. The payment status shows whether the balance is paid.

Use these statuses to filter orders in Retail > Purchases by Store, Fulfillment by Store, and All Purchases. Not every order type passes through every status.

For outbound order statuses, see Outbound Order Statuses.

Undeliverable

The delivery could not be completed. Only delivery orders enter this status.

Move the order back to Packed before you edit it or add it to another route.

Cancelled

The order is no longer active. Flourish unassigns any allocated packages.

No further fulfillment occurs. In-store, pickup, and delivery orders can all be cancelled.
