Manage Your Buyer Portal Team and Locations (Buyers)

Invite teammates to your Buyer Portal account, give them Ordering, Billing, or team management access, limit them to certain stores, and update location details.

Control who on your team can order, who can pay, and which store locations each person works with.

Roles

A teammate can have more than one role.

Role

Can do

Ordering

Place orders for their assigned locations and view their own order history.

Billing

View and pay invoices and see payment history.

Team & destination management

Invite and remove teammates and edit location details.

Each teammate also has a destination scope, either all locations or specific ones. It controls which stores they can order for.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open Account. In the Team section, click Invite teammate.
  2. Enter their Full name and Email.
  3. Under Function, choose Ordering, Billing, or both.
  4. To let them manage your team and locations, check Also manage team & destinations.
  5. Under Destination scope, choose All destinations or Specific destinations, and select the stores.
  6. Click Send invite.

The teammate receives an email to set up their account. To manage someone later, open the menu on their row and choose Resend invitation, Revoke invitation, Edit teammate, Disable access, or Remove from account.

Approve join requests

If someone from your company accepts an invite from another seller, they ask to join your existing company account. Their request appears under Pending requests on your Account page. Review the suggested access, adjust it if needed, and click Approve or Decline.

Update location details

The Destinations section lists each store location with its status, license, contact, payment terms, and delivery windows.

  1. Click Edit on a location.
  2. Update any of the following:
    • Display name (DBA)
    • Receiving contact name and phone number
    • Delivery scheduling link
    • Delivery notes, which drivers see on the manifest
    • Delivery windows, up to two time slots per day
  3. Click Save destination.

Your seller manages the legal name, license, shipping address, payment terms, and excise tax settings. If something is wrong, contact your seller. To add a new location, ask your seller to set it up for you.

Removing a location also removes its items from any open carts. Your order and invoice history for that location are kept.

See your payment terms

The Payment terms section shows each seller's terms for your account: Default terms, Credit limit, Net days, and any early-pay discount, late fee, or location-specific overrides. Your seller sets these.
