Flourish Metrc Overview

The Flourish METRC integration connects supported operational records in Flourish with METRC. The exact requirements and available workflows depend on the facility, license, jurisdiction, user permissions, and record type.

If records are out of sync

Do not recreate, retag, adjust, or delete a record solely to clear an error unless the applicable guidance directs you to do so.

1. Capture the record ID, facility, timestamp, status, and complete error message.
2. Confirm the METRC credentials and permissions for the affected facility.
3. Open the task-specific troubleshooting article, such as METRC Out of Sync: Troubleshoot Packages, Items, Plants, and Harvests.
4. Verify the result in both systems after retrying or correcting the record.
5. Contact Flourish Support when the error or recovery path is unclear.
