Flourish Metrc Overview
Metrc integration in Flourish syncs operational records with varying requirements by facility, license, and jurisdiction. Use task-specific and state-specific documentation for setup and troubleshooting.
The Flourish METRC integration connects supported operational records in Flourish with METRC. The exact requirements and available workflows depend on the facility, license, jurisdiction, user permissions, and record type.
Start with Enable METRC Sync with Flourish Software, then use the task-specific and state-specific documentation that applies to your facility.

Find the workflow for your task
METRC-specific guidance appears throughout the Flourish documentation for:
- Cultivation, plants, plant batches, harvests, and waste
- Inbound transfers and received packages
- Inventory packages, lab samples, adjustments, and synchronization
- Manufacturing processing jobs
- Outbound transfers and shipments
- Retail sales, deliveries, returns, and sync errors
Use the article that matches both the task and your jurisdiction. For New York-specific guidance, see New York METRC.
If records are out of sync
Do not recreate, retag, adjust, or delete a record solely to clear an error unless the applicable guidance directs you to do so.
- Capture the record ID, facility, timestamp, status, and complete error message.
- Confirm the METRC credentials and permissions for the affected facility.
- Open the task-specific troubleshooting article, such as METRC Out of Sync: Troubleshoot Packages, Items, Plants, and Harvests.
- Verify the result in both systems after retrying or correcting the record.
- Contact Flourish Support when the error or recovery path is unclear.
METRC is used in multiple jurisdictions. Do not infer a state-specific rule from a general METRC article.
