Most common issues

I can't log in

If you cannot log in to the extension, please write to and ask us to enable the chrome extension for you!

I get logged out

I can log in, but when the dropdown loads, I get an error and log out.

Please write to and ask us to enable the chrome extension for you!

The form is already open

The extension still shows the "Please click the 'New Transfer' button" message, but the form is open!

The most common cause is that the extension was installed while METRC was already open.

To resolve:

  1. Close the extension.
  2. "Hard Refresh" the METRC web page.
  3. Open the extension.

The packages were blank

When I submitted the form, all the packages were blank

Still blank lines?

Sometimes, however, this happens when the packages have already been shipped and are thus no longer on METRC’s available list. In case you have already transferred the packages out in METRC:

  1. Ship the Shipment in Flourish.
  2. Click Sync transfers in Flourish.

Is that not the case? Please let us know and send us the details to help you.
