Disabling Areas

Sometimes you will need to disable Areas when you have no use for them. You can disable one or multiple Areas. Flourish will not let you disable an Area that has packages, batches, or plants in it. Uā€¦

Sometimes you will need to disable Areas when you have no use for them. You can disable one or multiple Areas.

Flourish will not let you disable an Area that has packages, batches, or plants in it.
Use Bulk Actions: Locate Packages to clear the Inventory Areas you want to disable.
Move Groups and plants out of the Cultivation Areas you want to disable

Disable a Single Area

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the gearbox icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click Facilities.
  3. Under Areas, click the eye icon next to the facility name to view the Areas.
  4. From here, you can click Bulk Disable to disable multiple Areas at the same time.
  5. To disable a single Area, click the configure icon under Configure.
  6. Click Disable.
  7. Toggle to Yes and click Disable Room.
  8. Click Save.

Bulk Disable Areas

  1. Go to Settings by clicking the gearbox icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click Facilities.
  3. Under Areas, select the eye icon next to the facility name to view the Areas.
  4. Click Bulk Disable to disable multiple Areas.
  5. Check the boxes next to the areas you want to disable.
  6. Click Disable. The system will display the Bulk Disable Validation screen to confirm this action.
  7. Click Continue to confirm.
  8. The system will either display a Selected areas successfully disabled success message or show you what Areas you cannot disable.
